What does L&L Premier Properties LLC charge for short-term rental operations?
Short-term rental operations are priced at a 22% management fee with a $350 monthly minimum for active, bookable properties. The STR Launch fee is $1,500 and the Takeover fee is $750. Other property services are scoped separately.
