Lone Star Key provides short-term rental operations, long-term rental and property-management support, residential and commercial property coordination, maintenance coordination, leasing and tenant services, owner support, and investment-minded property services through the appropriate scope and structure.
How are leasing and tenant services provided in Texas?
Leasing, showing and tenant-facing services are provided through an appropriate licensed brokerage structure and are subject to the property, the signed agreement and applicable Texas requirements.
What does Lone Star Key charge for short-term rental operations?
Short-term rental operations are priced at a 22% management fee with a $350 monthly minimum for active, bookable properties. The STR Launch fee is $1,500 and the Takeover fee is $750. Other property services are scoped separately.

Lone Star Key currently presents service across Forney, Mesquite, Rockwall, Garland and East Dallas. Every property is reviewed for its operating needs, service eligibility and property-specific requirements before an engagement begins.
